If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact our customer support team at Monday to Friday, from 11:00AM – 20:00PM within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the necessary shipping details.

3. Refund as Store Credit:

In cases where the customer has not received the product or has lost it, we offer a refund in the form of store credit.
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not caused by Jungle , the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence, and we will assist you accordingly.

6. Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within Monday to Friday, from 11:00AM – 20:00PM from the time of purchase. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund in the form of store credit.
